Real Estate Cold Calling Specialist

I’m kicking off a phone-based outreach campaign to uncover property owners who might be open to selling and I need a confident, personable caller to spark those first conversations. You’ll be dialing during U.S. business hours, guiding owners through a short qualifying chat, then handing genuine leads back to me.

I’ll share our buying criteria, a proven starter script, and a simple Google Sheet/CRM for tracking. Feel free to tweak the script so it sounds natural in your voice.

Deliverables
• A call log showing every number attempted, the outcome, and concise notes.
• Complete lead details for anyone who expresses real interest (address, best contact info, and any key selling points you uncover).
• Calendar appointments booked whenever a seller is ready for a follow-up call with me.

You should be fluent in English, comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, and ideally experienced in real estate or sales. When you respond, tell me how many calls per day you can handle and which dialer system you prefer. I’m ready to get started as soon as I find the right voice to represent the company.
