We are seeking a reliable, confident, and coachable cold caller to contact homeowners and schedule appointments for our real estate brokerage.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–10:00 AM Eastern Time (10 hours weekly)

What We Provide:

* Lead generation platform
* Calling dialer
* Scripts and training

Requirements:

* Unlimited cellphone service with unlimited calling minutes (MANDATORY).
* Reliable computer and internet connection.
* Basic understanding of real estate.
* Coachable and easy to train.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Ability to think quickly, handle objections, and adapt to conversations.
* Punctuality, reliability, and consistency are NON-NEGOTIABLE.

TRIAL PERIOD

Selected candidates will complete a 1-hour trial to evaluate communication skills and appointment-setting abilities.

If the candidate performs well, the trial hour will be paid, and they will be considered for the ongoing position
