I’m expanding my pipeline and need reliable help managing incoming and outgoing interactions with potential buyers and sellers. During standard business hours you’ll step in as the first point of contact to:

• Respond to live website and social-media chats quickly, keeping the conversation warm and informative
• Call new leads, confirm their property needs, and collect key qualifying details
• Book showings or consultation calls directly on my calendar, coordinating with all parties
• Log every conversation, note, and appointment inside my CRM software so I can track follow-ups without digging for information

You’ll already be comfortable navigating a modern real-estate CRM (please mention which platforms you know) and speaking professionally on the phone. Clear, friendly written English is just as important, since many leads begin as chat inquiries before you switch them to a call.

What success looks like: chats are answered within two minutes, calls are returned the same day, appointments appear on the calendar with complete lead notes, and the CRM stays up to date.
