### Real Estate Graphic Designer Required – Brochure & Marketing Materials

We are looking for an experienced **graphic designer with real estate branding experience** to create professional marketing materials for our premium plotted development project, **Nature Nest by Gireevan Realty**, located in Revoli, Pen, Raigad, Maharashtra.

### Scope of Work:

* Premium project brochure / sales booklet
* Project presentation / investor presentation
* Plot quotation templates
* Social media creatives
* Property/project banners
* Flyers and promotional creatives
* Site branding and signage designs
* Other marketing creatives as required

### Requirements:

* Strong experience in **real estate / property marketing design**
* Premium, modern and professional design approach
* Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling
* Ability to work with existing branding, project layouts, photographs and content
* Designs should be suitable for both **digital and high-quality printing**
* Source/editable files required (AI/PSD/INDD or equivalent)

We are looking for someone who can understand the project positioning and create a **consistent premium brand identity across all marketing materials**, rather than simply designing individual creatives.
