AI Voice Agent for Real Estate Lead Calling & WhatsApp Automation
We need an experienced AI Voice/Telephony developer to build an AI real-estate sales assistant.
Required features:
AI outbound calls to leads from Facebook/Instagram Ads and our database.
Natural Hindi, English & Hinglish conversation.
AI should ask about location, plot size, budget, purpose and buying timeline.
Automatically classify leads as Hot/Warm/Cold.
Hot leads should be transferred to our sales team or callback created.
AI should handle inbound calls and answer common property questions.
Appointment/site-visit booking with Google Calendar.
Automatic WhatsApp follow-up and appointment confirmation.
Meta Lead Ads integration.
CRM/dashboard with lead details, call recording, transcript, AI summary and status.
Sales-team notifications.
Scalable and cost-efficient architecture.
Preferred technologies: Vapi/Retell, Exotel/Twilio, OpenAI/Gemini, WhatsApp Business API, Meta API, Node.js/Python, React.
