React & Python Business Dashboard

I need a full-stack web app built with React JS on the front end and Python on the back end that works seamlessly as both an internal website and a responsive PWA. The goal is a unified business dashboard that lets me oversee every operational area without bouncing between different tools.

What the platform must cover
• Customers, leads, and sales
• Staff, tasks, and schedules
• Stock, orders, and deliveries

Who will be logging in
• Business owners and managers
• Sales and customer-support staff
• Warehouse and delivery staff

Core requirements
– Clean React component architecture, state handled with Redux or Context, and charts/tables rendered with a proven library such as Recharts or Chart.js.
– Python API (FastAPI or Django REST is fine) that exposes secure endpoints, supports token-based authentication, and scales for future mobile apps.
– Role-based access so each user group only sees the modules they need.
– Realtime updates for inventory and task status, preferably via WebSockets.
– PostgreSQL (or another SQL engine) for structured data plus clear migrations and seed data.
– Dockerised dev/production setup and step-by-step deploy docs for a VPS or AWS Lightsail instance.
