Re-type Scanned Document to PDF

I have a scanned printed document that I need turned into a fresh, typed PDF. The goal is to keep it clean and straightforward: the main body text should be re-keyed, headings carried over exactly as they appear, and page numbers placed in the same spots so the flow matches the original scan. No need to reproduce logos, signatures, tables, or any other graphics—just crisp text with simple, consistent formatting.
Deliverable:
• A print-ready PDF mirroring the original page breaks, headings, and numbering.
(If you work in Word, Google Docs, or InDesign first, I’m happy to receive that editable file too.)
Accuracy and clarity are the priorities; please proofread carefully before exporting the final PDF.
