I have a series of printed reports that I need converted into clean, searchable PDFs. Each report averages between 11 and 50 pages and mixes straightforward paragraphs with a handful of embedded photos. I am not looking for elaborate layouts—standard, professional formatting is fine—but I do need the text re-typed for accuracy and the images placed roughly where they appear in the originals.

Here is how I picture the flow:
• I send you high-resolution scans.
• You re-type the text, drop in the images, proof everything, and export to PDF (Word → PDF or InDesign → PDF—your choice, as long as the final file is crisp and selectable).
• You return one ready-to-print, searchable PDF per report.

Consistency in fonts, headings, and page breaks is important, though I’m flexible on exact typefaces as long as the documents look neat and professional. Please keep an eye on spelling, punctuation, and the correct placement of each image.

If this sounds straightforward to you and you have a track record with data re-typing, OCR cleanup, or document production in tools like MS Word, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, or InDesign, I’d love to get these reports off my desk and onto yours.
