Re-type Printed Reports to PDF

I need several hard-copy reports re-typed from scratch and delivered as clean, searchable PDFs. Each report is fairly short—anywhere from one to ten pages—and the majority of the content is straightforward text. A few pages include simple headers, footers, or a small table, so please replicate those elements in the Word file before you export the final PDF.

Accuracy is critical: the new digital version must match the printed original word for word, with no OCR artifacts, spelling slips, or layout drift. I will supply high-resolution scans; you return:

• A fully proofed .docx file for every report, formatted to mirror the original
• A high-resolution, text-searchable PDF generated from that Word document

I’ll review each pair against the source printout and release approval once text and basic formatting line up perfectly. Standard tools such as Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat are fine—as long as the end result is pristine.
