I have a steady stream of paperwork—mostly application forms and contracts—that needs to be turned into polished PDFs. I work fast and expect the same: a form that looks right in minutes, not hours, while still showing meticulous attention to alignment, font consistency, and spacing.

Most files must include both interactive fillable fields and static text. I usually draft the raw content in Word or Google Docs, then pass it to you for final layout; however, if starting directly in Adobe Acrobat makes the job quicker, that’s fine too. Whatever tool you choose, the finished document must open cleanly in Acrobat Reader with every field functioning as intended.

The rhythm is five billable hours per week, long-term. Some days you’ll create a brand-new form from scratch; other days you’ll tweak an existing PDF, rebuild an older document for better formatting, or prepare a quick contract variation. Clear, prompt communication and same-day turnaround on small requests will keep us both on schedule.

Deliverable for each task:
• A production-ready PDF matching the source text exactly, with all interactive fields tested
• Source file (Word, Google Doc, or Acrobat form) so revisions stay simple

I review every submission line-by-line and pixel-by-pixel, so if you enjoy getting the little details perfect, you’ll fit right in.

Potential for more work.
