Quotex OTC Candle Alert Bot

I need a small, always-on bot that listens to every OTC market on Quotex and counts 1-minute candles in real time. The moment it sees five consecutive candles of the same colour—five reds or five greens—it must post an alert to my dedicated Telegram channel.

The Telegram message has to contain:
• the exact market name (e.g., EURUSD-OTC)
• the candle colour that triggered the alert
• the server time at which the fifth candle closed
• a snapshot image of the chart showing the five-candle sequence

I am comfortable hosting the bot on my own VPS, so the deliverable can be a Python script, Node app, or similar packaged solution with clear setup instructions plus the code that pulls data from Quotex, performs the candle logic, captures the chart image, and pushes the formatted message via Telegram Bot API.

Acceptance criteria
• Monitors all OTC markets continuously with 99 % uptime.
• Sends the correctly formatted Telegram alert less than 5 seconds after the fifth candle closes.
• Chart image clearly shows the triggering candles.
• Includes a README covering dependencies, API keys, and how to add more alert conditions later.

That’s the whole scope—once it meets the above, the job is done.
