I’m implementing QuoteIQ as our central field service hub and need a professional experienced in QuoteIQ to configure the platform end-to-end, link it to QuickBooks, and reconcile our existing database for seamless functionality.
Scope of work:
• Activate and customize the three core modules we rely on most—Scheduling & Dispatching, Work Order Management, and Customer Management—tailored to fit our business processes.
• Build a scheduling and dispatch board that supports real-time updates, route optimization, and technician tracking. My team must see changes instantly on mobile.
• Set up work-order workflows with job-status tracking, accurate time-tracking integrated, and an efficient notification system for both the office team and field crew.
• Connect QuoteIQ to QuickBooks Online so customer records, invoices, and payments sync automatically without duplicate entries.
• Configure inventory management inside QuoteIQ (or through a suggested add-on) to reflect real-time adjustments based on parts usage from each job.
• Reconcile our current database to ensure accuracy when migrating data into QuoteIQ, involving any necessary cleanup or adjustments.
• Provide a short SOP or recorded walkthrough explaining how the system works for training my staff.
Acceptance Criteria:
1. A live demo showcasing creating jobs, assigning techs, route optimization, status tracking through completion to invoicing synced in QuickBooks.
2. Database accurately reconciled and uploaded into QuoteIQ seamlessly.
3. Full functionality across desktop and mobile platforms without issues for all team members.
4. Clear documentation that even a new dispatcher can follow easily.
