Quora-Inspired Mobile Chat App

I want to launch a lightweight chat application, inspired by the conversational feel of Quora but focused purely on messaging rather than full-blown forum threads. The core build needs to run natively on both Android and iOS and I’d like Claude AI to be used wherever it can accelerate clean, maintainable code (for example code generation, content moderation, or smart reply suggestions).

Core scope
• One-to-one user messaging and multi-user group chats.
• Seamless file sharing inside any chat (images, docs, short clips).
• Social-media-based authentication so new users can sign up in seconds.
• Simple “status update” feature so people can post what they’re up to, visible to their contacts.

Tech expectations
You’re free to choose the exact stack as long as you deliver smooth, responsive native apps on both platforms and a secure, documented backend/API that can scale. Please integrate Claude AI calls cleanly (I’ll supply keys) and keep the codebase well-commented so future devs can pick it up.

Deliverables
1. Full source code repository with build instructions.
2. Test-flight / APK builds for hands-on review.
3. Brief admin panel or scripts to manage users, groups, and reported content.
4. One short hand-off call and basic deployment documentation.

Acceptance criteria
• Messages, groups, file uploads, and status posts work reliably with real-time updates.
• Social login (Google and at least one other network) functions end-to-end.
• No critical crashes on latest Android and iOS versions; App Store / Play Console pre-check passes.
• Claude AI moderation endpoint filters flagged content before it is stored or displayed.
