QuickBooks Setup & Bookkeeping Support

I run a small staffing agency and I want our finances handled properly from day one. At the moment nothing is in QuickBooks, so the first task is a clean installation, company file creation, and a chart of accounts that fits a recruitment-style business.

Once the system is live I need ongoing bookkeeping focused on two areas: tracking every operating expense and managing all outgoing invoices to clients. Accurate coding, well-labeled receipts, and timely invoice entry are critical because our margins depend on up-to-date numbers.

I will provide access to our business bank feeds, historical statements, and any source documents you request. My expectation is that, after setup, you will keep the file current each week, flag anomalies, and leave notes I can follow easily when I review reports.

If you have suggestions for additional controls—such as adding bank reconciliation down the road—I am open to hearing them, but the immediate deliverables are:

• QuickBooks Online fully configured for the agency
• Expense tracking workflow implemented and documented
• Invoice management process established with sample invoices entered
