Data from scanned documents needs to be keyed into an organized spreadsheet right away. Each record contains only 1-5 fields, so the task is straightforward but must be handled with care for spelling, punctuation, and overall accuracy.

I will rely on you to set up a clear, logical template in Excel or Google Sheets that fits the data you see. Once the layout is in place, simply copy and paste or type the information from every scan, double-checking for errors as you go. Consistency across all rows and columns is essential.
