Québec Plumbing & Ventilation Drawings

I’m a Building Mechanical Engineer licensed in Québec and will be stamping the final set for a new commercial / institutional build. To keep the schedule on track I need a dependable CAD specialist who can turn my mark-ups and design notes into fully coordinated plumbing and ventilation drawings that meet every relevant Québec requirement.

Scope
• Produce complete plumbing and ventilation plans, sections, details and schedules for a ground-up project.
• Follow the Code de plomberie du Québec, the Construction Code (Chapters I & VIII), ASHRAE 62.1 and any municipal bylaws that apply.
• Use a clean, layer-managed AutoCAD (or compatible) file structure so I can integrate your DWGs directly into the master set and apply my engineering seal.
• Coordinate pipe and duct routing to avoid structural clashes; flag any conflicts you see.
• Provide both DWG and PDF sheets ready for submission.

I’ll supply architectural backgrounds, equipment selections and design criteria; you translate them into professional construction documents and keep me posted on progress. Turnaround and reliability are critical—clear communication in French or English is welcome. If you’ve delivered code-compliant Québec projects before, let’s talk.
