I need a web-based platform that turns every dynamic QR code into a rich landing experience focused on product-demonstration video. When a customer scans the code, the page should autoplay the video in a clean, mobile-first viewer and immediately draw attention with interactive hotspots (think tap-to-reveal specs or 360° spins) and clearly placed related-product links that keep them exploring our catalogue without leaving the page.
Core flow
• I generate or upload a video and the system delivers a unique, trackable QR code for it.
• The scan opens a branded microsite: hero video on top, interactive overlays layered on cue points, and a section below that surfaces complementary items.
• All events—scans, plays, taps, link clicks, session time—feed a dashboard so I can compare engagement across campaigns and export the data as CSV. Google Analytics or a similar API connection is fine for the raw tracking; I mainly want a simple visual report inside the admin.
Must-haves
1. Dynamic QR generator with bulk upload option
2. Responsive landing template that accepts MP4 or YouTube/Vimeo links
3. Timeline-based hotspot editor for the interactive elements
4. Easy panel for adding or reordering related-product links (image, title, URL)
5. Real-time analytics with filter by date, location and device
Acceptance criteria
• Scan-to-video load under three seconds on 4G.
• Dashboard numbers match GA events within ±5 %.
• Hotspot clicks and product-link clicks register separately.
• Admin can replace a video without changing the QR.
Stack is flexible—React, Vue or similar for the front end; Node, Laravel or Rails for the back end are all acceptable as long as the result is fast and easy to maintain. Let me know which approach you prefer, a rough timeline for each milestone, and a link to something comparable you’ve built.
