My new residential shed will measure 12 m long, 7 m deep and 3 m high and I need a Queensland-registered engineer (QBCC licence essential) to certify my drawings after advising of material specificiations. The layout is an open floor plan with no internal walls, so the design must clearly show adequate framing, footings and bracing to satisfy current NCC and AS 1170 wind load requirements for my region (C2 - Cyclonic Zone)
What I am expecting from you
• Signed and stamped structural drawings in PDF
• A concise calculation package that supports the member sizes and connection details you specify
I will supply the site address, soil report and preferred cladding specs as soon as we start. I will provide the drawings upon you advising specs on material members to use. I’d like to hear how quickly you can deliver and what information you need from me first.
