I’m taking an online-first business live in Qatar and need an experienced corporate lawyer who truly understands the country’s IT and e-commerce landscape. Your main mission will be to create airtight contracts and confirm that every part of the platform is fully aligned with local regulations, Qatari law, and the THEQA standards so we can display the trustmark without delays.

Here is what I expect from the engagement:
• Draft / revise the site Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and vendor or supplier agreements so they stand up in a Qatari court and reflect best practice for digital commerce.
• Produce a concise compliance memo that maps each relevant article of Qatari e-commerce legislation and THEQA requirements to the way we collect data, process payments, advertise, and handle consumer disputes.
• Flag any gaps and propose practical fixes I can hand straight to my development and marketing teams.
• Provide ongoing compliance consulting for three key milestones: pre-launch, first-sale week, and the first quarterly audit.

I already have the product catalogue and tech stack ready; what I lack is the legal layer. If you are comfortable navigating Law No. (13) of 2016, the Cybercrime Prevention Law, and THEQA, and you can turn around clear, implementation-ready documents, let’s talk.
