Python-SPSS Cluster Analysis Validation

I need a rigorous data validation step followed by a full cluster analysis carried out in Python and then faithfully replicated in SPSS so I can present the results in either environment without discrepancies.

After the statistical work, I also have a 15-page background document that must be distilled into a clear 6- to 8-page English summary that captures its key arguments and findings.

Deliverables
• Data validation report confirming integrity of the supplied CSV files
• Equivalent SPSS syntax/output reproducing the same clusters and statistics
• Comparison note showing any differences between the two packages (if any) and how they were resolved
• 6–8 page English summary of the provided 13-page text, written in a concise academic style

Acceptance criteria
– Validation checks transparently documented and reproducible
– Cluster solutions in Python and SPSS match within rounding tolerance
– Summary stays within page limit while preserving all major points and numerical results
