Audit an existing Python ETL pipeline running on an Ubuntu DigitalOcean droplet extracting public registry records (Lis Pendens, Deeds, Liens) and loading to Supabase/PostgreSQL.
Milestone 1 ($50): Review current code/cron setup, verify upsert/deduplication logic, and build/test Pinellas County ingestion.
Milestone 2 ($75): Build and deploy Pasco County data extraction and Supabase ingestion.
