I already have a working chatbot and chat system written in Python; now I want to transform it into a full-fledged customer-service agent. Its core jobs are clear: answer FAQs, process orders, and handle complaints or return requests. All of this must work seamlessly inside both my website and our upcoming mobile app.

What I need from you
• Review and refactor the existing Python codebase so it is clean, modular, and ready for production.
• Strengthen the NLP logic so common customer questions are recognised reliably and routed to the right action.
• Integrate order-processing and ticketing endpoints (they are REST/JSON) so the bot can create, update, and close orders or complaint cases.
• Package the finished bot as an easily embeddable web widget plus a lightweight SDK or API for the mobile app (iOS and Android).
• Provide concise documentation: install steps for my Ubuntu server, environment variables, webhooks, and a quick test script for each function.

Acceptance criteria
1. FAQ replies return correct answers from my knowledge base 95 % of the time in the supplied test set.
2. Orders placed through the bot appear in the backend dashboard with accurate customer data.
3. Complaints or return requests create a help-desk ticket and return a confirmation number to the user.
4. A single conversation thread follows the user across web and app.
5. Deployment guide lets me spin the system up on a clean server in under 20 minutes.

Tools you are free to use include FastAPI, Flask, or any other Python web framework, plus standard libraries for HTTP requests, NLP, and webhook handling—as long as the final solution remains Python-based.

If this sounds straightforward to you, let’s get started.
