Pvt Ltd Incorporation Document Certification

I am at the final stage of registering a Private Limited company and need a practising Company Secretary to certify the complete set of incorporation papers and give them a last professional once-over before I upload everything to the MCA portal. All drafts are ready and my own Digital Signature Certificate is active, so you will only need to apply your professional / witness DSC wherever the forms call for a CS’s attestation.

The pack includes the standard incorporation forms (SPICe+, MoA, AoA, DIR-2, etc.), director consent letters and initial shareholder agreements. Your role is to:

• Review every document for Companies Act compliance, spelling, numbering and formatting consistency.
• Affix your DSC as certifying professional or witness on each page that requires it.
• Return the signed PDFs along with a brief confirmation note citing the sections you verified.

Once I have the certified set, I will handle the actual filing myself; no assistance with obtaining a DSC or uploading is needed.
