Pune Housing Society Data Collection

I need a reliable partner to help me gather two specific data sets—resident details and maintenance records—from multiple housing societies across Pune. My plan is to run structured surveys and I want every question presented through an online form, so experience with tools such as Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, or any similar survey platform will be essential.

The assignment begins with refining the questionnaire to cover the full range of resident demographics, contact information, and flat-wise maintenance figures while staying compliant with privacy norms. Once the survey is finalised, you will distribute it to society committees (or their appointed representatives), follow up to maximise response rates, and then collate everything into a clean, well-labelled spreadsheet ready for analysis.
