Publisher Presentations to Word

I have a set of Microsoft Publisher presentations and proposals that must be rebuilt in Word while looking exactly the same on every page. The layout, typography, spacing, and graphic positioning all need to carry over so that anyone who opens the new .docx feels as if they are still viewing the original Publisher file—just in Word.

Besides the one-to-one recreation, I also need a functional, auto-generated Table of Contents inserted so future edits update the page numbers automatically.
