I want a full-scale, PRISMA-2020 compliant systematic review on depression in adults, limited exclusively to randomized controlled trials. The goal is to produce a manuscript that can be submitted, without major revisions, to a peer-reviewed psychiatry journal.

The work starts with a registered protocol (PROSPERO or equivalent) and a reproducible search strategy covering at least PubMed, PsycINFO, Embase, and the Cochrane Library. After duplicate removal, titles and abstracts will be screened, followed by full-text eligibility assessment. I will need risk-of-bias appraisal with the latest Cochrane RoB tool, a meta-analysis if data allow (RevMan or R-meta preferred), and GRADE certainty ratings.

Deliverables:
• Protocol and full search strings
• PRISMA flow diagram and data-extraction sheet (Excel/CSV)
• Risk-of-bias tables, forest plots, and funnel plots
• GRADE evidence profile
• Draft manuscript (≈5,000 words) formatted to my target journal’s style guide, including abstract, figures, and reference list

I’ll provide input on journal choice and any specific formatting quirks; everything else—from database access to statistical coding—should be handled independently and documented so the review is fully transparent and reproducible.
