Publish E-Commerce iOS App

My iOS e-commerce application is fully developed, archived with Xcode and ready for App Store distribution. What I lack is an active Apple Developer account and access to App Store Connect, so I need a partner who already has that infrastructure in place and is comfortable submitting on behalf of a third-party project.

Here is what I’ve prepared: the signed IPA, screenshots for every required resolution, the privacy policy URL, complete product description, keyword set, and compliance answers (export, content rating, etc.). The build compiles cleanly for iOS 17 and below, uses only Apple-approved payment APIs, and has been verified against App Store Review Guidelines.

What I need from you
• Add me as an App Store Connect user (or handle the inputs yourself) so the build can be uploaded through Transporter or Xcode.
• Pass the binary through TestFlight for Apple’s initial review, then move it to “Ready for Sale”.
• Share progress screenshots and the final public link once the listing is live.

Acceptance criteria
1. Build appears in TestFlight and receives Apple’s approval.
2. App status changes to “Ready for Sale” without rejection.
3. Public App Store URL is delivered to me.
