Publish Android Utility Play Store

I have a finished Android-only utility app that is ready for the world; what’s missing is a smooth, policy-compliant launch on Google Play. I’d like you to handle the full submission process through the Play Console—setting up the package, configuring the release track, and resolving any policy, signature, or artifact issues that might arise.

Once the build is live, I will decide whether to deepen our collaboration with full app-store optimization, so please be prepared to advise me on best-practice metadata even though I haven’t committed to a full ASO campaign yet.

Deliverables I expect:
• A signed AAB successfully uploaded and accepted by Google Play
• A complete store listing (title, short & long descriptions, feature graphic, icons, screenshots, privacy policy link)
• Confirmation the app passes all policy, content rating, and compatibility checks
• Clear, written hand-off instructions so I can manage future releases on my own
