I’m putting together an interactive food-safety guide aimed squarely at public awareness and I need a seasoned mobile developer who can turn the concept into a polished iOS and Android app. The heart of the project is a series of engaging, bite-sized video tutorials that cover everything from proper hand-washing to safe refrigeration temperatures. I already have subject-matter experts lined up to provide the raw footage; your task is to design and build an intuitive interface, integrate the videos, and make the learning journey smooth for all ages.

Because this guide is meant for the general public, clarity and speed matter. I’m looking for a lightweight architecture (React Native or Flutter are both fine) with offline caching so users can replay videos without a connection. Smooth video streaming, a searchable topic index, and simple progress tracking should be built in. While push notifications and quizzes may become future enhancements, they are not part of the initial scope; right now it’s all about effortless viewing and clean navigation.

You’ll deliver a fully functional app bundle ready for App Store and Google Play submission, accompanied by all source code and brief build notes. I’ll handle the content approval; you handle the tech, from UI design through final testing.
