I want to spark a wave of generosity by staging a series of public events that highlight how even the smallest act of giving can transform a life. The sole objective is to raise awareness, not to solicit funds on-site.

Scope
• Shape a compelling event concept that turns my core message—“you do not need to be rich to help”—into an engaging, shareable experience.
• Plan one flagship event plus a replicable, smaller pop-up format suitable for parks, community centers, or campus quadrangles.
• Map out logistics: location criteria, run-of-show, volunteer roles, permits, risk mitigation, and accessibility considerations.
• Craft audience-facing assets: a theme tagline, talking-point deck for speakers, and eye-catching booth or installation layouts.

Deliverables
1. Detailed event blueprint (timeline, task list, budget template, contact sheet).
2. Creative concept pack (visual mood board, tagline, micro-stories for on-site displays).
3. Promotion strategy focused on public events—optionally adaptable to social media or print if we decide to expand.
4. Measurement plan outlining how we will gauge reach and sentiment during and after each event.

I value practical ideas over lavish production, so please base the plan on easily sourced materials and volunteer power. If you have past experience with cause-based event marketing, grassroots outreach, or experiential design, your insight will be especially helpful.
