PT Graphic Designer for Sportswear Mockups

Job Title: Graphic Designer – Jersey/Apparel Mockups to Adobe Illustrator (Fast Turnaround)

Job Type: Part-time / Task-based (Pacific Time zone applicants only)

Pay: $5 per design (ongoing volume work — expect a steady stream of designs, not a one-off gig)

Job Description:

Garment Factory LA is looking for a fast, reliable graphic designer to help convert jersey and shorts design concepts into fully editable Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files, on an ongoing basis.

What you’ll do:

Receive jersey/shorts design images generated from AI chat tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)

Recreate them as clean, layered, editable Adobe Illustrator files (vector format — not just a placed raster image)

Maintain accurate colors, patterns, numbering placement, and design elements so the file is production-ready for printing

Turn around each file in 1 hour or less from the time it’s sent to you

This is recurring, ongoing work — reliable designers can expect a consistent volume of designs each week

Requirements:

Must be available and responsive during Pacific Time zone working hours

Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator (and ideally Photoshop or CorelDRAW as backup tools)

Experience with sportswear/apparel mockups a big plus

Comfortable working with AI-generated reference images and translating them into vector artwork

Experience with AI/LLM prompting tools is a plus (for iterating on designs or generating reference variations)

Fast, reliable internet and ability to jump on tasks quickly (this is rush turnaround work)
