Prototype Development for UV-Lightbulb Sanitizer Doorknob

I have AutoCAD blueprints for a UV-Lightbulb Sanitizer Doorknob. The design includes a lightbulb knob that activates and sanitizes itself when turned. I need a freelancer to build and deliver the actual prototype based on these blueprints. Experience in prototyping, electronics, and manufacturing is preferred.

I'm waiting for the assembly documents from the original designer. This is my first freelancer project. I didn't realize people would start bidding so fast. I AM A NEWB AT DESIGN AND CAN'T TELL IF THE WORK IS COMPLETE I HIRED ANOTHER PERSON TO DESIGN THE AUTOCAD, BUT I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE DOCUMENTS.
