I have a batch of Microsoft Word documents that need a quick yet careful polish before I share them externally. All I’m looking for is a straight-forward spelling and grammar sweep in UK English—no re-writing, no stylistic changes, just corrections where something is clearly wrong.
The layout and styling of every page must stay exactly as it is today. Once you’ve made the corrections, save the updated Word files and create matching PDFs so the final versions mirror the originals perfectly.
Please send back:
• The corrected .docx files
• The corresponding PDFs generated from those files
If you’re comfortable editing in Word, sticking rigidly to existing formatting, and working in UK English, I’d like to get started right away.
