Project Planning & Execution

I’m kick-starting a new initiative and need a seasoned professional who can guide the entire project life cycle—from clarifying requirements and selecting the optimal tech stack through build, launch, and early optimisation. At this stage the brief is intentionally open; I’m looking for someone who can shape the scope with me, flag risks, estimate realistic timelines, and then either implement the solution directly or coordinate specialist contributors.

If you’ve delivered end-to-end projects before, tell me how you would tackle discovery, architecture, development, testing, and post-launch support. Share two or three relevant examples, the core tools you used, and your typical workflow. Strong communication, transparent reporting, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
