Project 10: Scope Definition

Project 10 is still at a blank-slate stage, so the very first deliverable I need is a clear, actionable brief. I want to translate a rough concept into a set of concrete requirements, user stories, wireframes or mock-ups (where relevant), and a realistic implementation roadmap.

Here is how I see this initial engagement:
• We begin with a discovery call so you can ask the right questions and I can explain the overall vision.
• You then analyse the information, benchmark comparable solutions, and come back with a structured document that spells out objectives, target users, core features, suggested tech stack or creative direction, and phased milestones.
• After a quick review cycle, you refine the document into a final brief that development or design teams can pick up without ambiguity.

The key acceptance criteria for this phase are:
1. A concise executive summary (one page).
2. Detailed functional and non-functional requirements, or design guidelines if the project turns out to be creative-focused.
3. A high-level timeline with estimated effort per milestone.
4. Any visual aids—wireframes, flowcharts, mood boards—that help communicate the concept.
