I’m refreshing my brand identity and need a skilled graphic designer to craft a vintage-style logo that features strong illustrative work. The aesthetic I’m after evokes classic sign-painting and mid-century packaging—think warm nostalgia with crisp, professional execution rather than anything overly ornate or distressed.
Core requirements
• Primary deliverable: one custom illustrated logo in a clearly vintage style.
• File package at completion: layered source file (AI or PSD), print-ready PDF, and web-optimized PNG/SVG versions.
Creative direction
The illustration should be the hero element. I’m open to seeing how you balance line work, texture and limited colour palettes typical of period graphics, but please avoid modern minimalism or purely typographic marks—the brand needs that handcrafted charm only illustration can provide. If you feel subtle badge or typographic treatments will enhance the piece, I’m happy to review them as secondary concepts, but the illustration must remain central.
Workflow & timeline
1. Mood board / rough sketches for quick alignment
2. Two refined concepts to choose from
3. One round of revisions on the selected concept
4. Final artwork supplied in the formats listed above
Please share relevant vintage illustration logo samples in your bid and note any traditional drawing or vector techniques you prefer (e.g., Procreate, Illustrator, hand-inked scans). I’m ready to start as soon as we confirm fit.
