Professional Excel Sales Dashboard

My raw sales data lives in several Excel spreadsheets, each with multiple worksheets that thankfully share the same column names. I need this information transformed into a single, polished Excel file that executives can open and immediately understand.

Here is what has to happen:

• Clean and consolidate every worksheet so the numbers line up perfectly.
• Calculate sales, profit, and any subtotals necessary for solid KPI reporting.
• Build a clear KPI summary, monthly trend views, category-wise and region-wise breakdowns, and a spotlight on our top-performing products.
• Present everything through professional, easy-to-refresh charts and an interactive dashboard—ideally built with PivotTables, PivotCharts, slicers, and basic VBA or Power Query where it speeds up future updates.
• Format the entire workbook so it looks crisp, prints cleanly, and can be handed straight to senior management without extra tweaks.

Acceptance criteria
1. One master Excel file delivered, no external links.
2. All KPIs match the underlying data when spot-checked.
3. Dashboard updates automatically when I replace the source worksheets with data in the same structure.
4. Charts render correctly on both desktop Excel and Office 365 online.
