I have prepared a detailed Excel workbook where I have divided my work **market-wise (country-wise)** and mentioned the **current status of each project in every country**.

I am looking for an experienced Excel professional who can transform this raw working file into a **clean, professional, and visually presentable Excel workbook** suitable for management review and business presentations.

### Scope of Work

* Organize and format the existing Excel data professionally.
* Improve the overall layout and readability of each sheet.
* Create a consistent design across all country/market sections.
* Use appropriate formatting, colors, borders, alignment, and fonts.
* Make the tracker easy to understand and visually appealing.
* Add filters, freeze panes, conditional formatting, or other useful Excel features where appropriate.
* Create a clear summary/dashboard if it adds value to the workbook.

### Requirements
