Need a production-ready custom PCB design for an AI talking companion. The prototype already works on an Electrobot ESP32-S3 development board. We need the schematic, PCB layout, Gerber files, and a complete Bill of Materials (BOM) so we can send the package to manufacturers such as Lion Circuits, PCBWay, or JLCPCB for fabrication, assembly, and component sourcing.

What to design
- Use the ready ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-N8R8 module (8 MB flash + 8 MB PSRAM). Do not design the bare ESP32-S3 chip, crystal, or antenna.
- USB-C for programming and charging, using the ESP32-S3 native USB. No CP2102 or CH340.
- I2S MEMS microphone that JLCPCB or LCSC actually stocks (MSM261S4030H0 or TDK ICS-43434). The prototype used INMP441, which is discontinued.
- MAX98357A I2S Class-D amplifier and pads for a 3 W, 4 ohm speaker. Power the amplifier from the battery.
- 0.96 inch SSD1306 OLED, 128x64, I2C.
- Two user buttons, plus one hidden Boot pad.
- One rechargeable lithium cell, charger with battery protection, power switch, and a 3.3 V regulator rated for at least 500–600 mA.
- 4-layer board. Leave the antenna end of the module clear: no copper, screws, battery, or speaker magnet under that end.
- Copy the Espressif ESP32-S3-DevKitC-1 circuit for the module, USB-C CC resistors (5.1 k ohm), 3.3 V rail, EN reset, and GPIO0 boot strap.
- On N8R8, GPIO35, GPIO36, and GPIO37 belong to PSRAM. Do not use them for the mic, display, or buttons.
- Put the microphone and the amplifier on the two I2S ports so talk and listen can run together.

Deliverables
1. Schematic (KiCad preferred)
2. 4-layer PCB layout for a small desk companion
3. Gerber files (RS-274X), drill file, pick-and-place, and assembly drawing
4. Full BOM with manufacturer part numbers, quantities, and LCSC or JLCPCB part numbers where possible
5. Pin map so the existing firmware can drop onto the new board
6. Short DFM notes for a first run of 5 assembled boards

Out of scope: plastic enclosure, firmware, and India wireless approval. We will share the hardware spec and custom board plan after hire. First boards are for electrical testing only.
