Production-Ready Deployment for React native App

We have an existing React Native mobile app, Node.js backend, and Next.js website that need to be deployed and made fully production-ready.

Scope of Work:

Deploy the existing React Native Android app to Google Play Store using the correct release AAB, signing configuration, Play Console setup, and production build.
Deploy the Node.js backend on our Linux VPS with MongoDB, PM2, Nginx, environment variables, SSL, and production API configuration.
Deploy the Next.js website with domain, SSL, environment variables, API integration, and production configuration.
Configure required production services/APIs such as Google Maps, Cashfree/payment services, Firebase, and other existing integrations.
Fix any deployment, build, configuration, API, SSL, or production environment issues found during deployment.
Verify the complete flow after deployment on mobile app, backend, and website.
Ensure secrets/API keys are not committed to GitHub.
Do not rewrite the application or change existing business logic unless required to fix a production issue.
Work carefully with the existing production database; no destructive database changes.
Provide clear deployment steps and commit all required code changes to Git.

Important: This is an existing application, not a new development project. We need someone experienced in React Native, Android/Play Store deployment, Node.js, MongoDB, Linux VPS, PM2, Nginx, Next.js, and Git.
