I have an existing online store that already houses all of the product information I need—titles, long-form descriptions, prices, multiple photos, categories, variations, everything. Your task is to take every bit of that content and replicate it accurately on two completely separate websites. There are 35 products, so for the 2 sites/store is 70 listings total for this task.
Nothing is changing except the destination, so the work is largely a copy-and-paste process, but it must be done with precision: correct category matching, clean formatting, and image optimisation where needed so the products display neatly on each site. (NOTE: one of the sites has a minimum image size of 710 pixels, so if our current image is smaller you will have to enlarge it 710 without losing any image quality, so make sure you have a good image enlarger/ resizer/ upscaler tool that can do that without image quality loss!)
Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• All products from the source store published live on Website A with full details, correct categories and working images.
• The same set of products published on Website B to the same standard.
• Spot-check report confirming random items on both sites match the source exactly.
If you have experience with bulk upload tools, CMS product modules, or manual product entry and you’re meticulous about data accuracy, this should be a straightforward project for you.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK TOTALLY INDEPENDENTLY for this data entry task without constant interruptions, questions, etc to me or my busy staff, otherwise please do not apply. NO BIDS over $35 accepted. Thank you.
