I’m building a new online wellness platform and am ready to partner with credentialed personal trainers, Pilates teachers, yoga instructors, and meditation guides who can film high-quality video content from home or studio. You’ll be creating a mix of fitness session types—everything from dynamic strength circuits to restorative flows and guided mindfulness practices—so that members can choose the style that fits their day.
Content scope
My launch catalogue needs three kinds of videos:
• Short exercise demonstrations (1–3 min) that clearly break down form and cues
• Full guided workout sessions (15–30 min) that users can follow start to finish
• Meditation and relaxation sessions (5–15 min) focused on breathing, stress relief, or gentle mobility
All programming should speak to adults in their 40s and beyond who may be returning to fitness. Think slower, safer progressions, plenty of modification options, and encouraging language that keeps beginners engaged without talking down to them.
Flexibility is key: Candidates may specialize in one type of content or multiple areas depending on their expertise and comfort level on camera. For example, someone might focus solely on short demonstrations while another handles full-length workouts or meditations.
Technical notes
Record in a distraction-free, well-lit space with clean audio. HD video (1080p minimum) is required; no post-production is necessary on your end beyond trimming tops and tails—I handle branding and final edits in Premiere Pro. Upload raw files to my shared drive.
After initial discussions I would ask for a short video example demonstrating sound, lighting, picture quality and camera presence.
Compensation is up for discussion; please do not place too much emphasis on the form that required selecting a compensation range!
I look forward to the opportunity to discuss further!
