Pro Video Editor Needed

I need an experienced hand to take raw footage and turn it into polished educational videos that match the upbeat, fast-paced style my audience already knows. There are two streams of work: short-form cuts for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts, plus longer lessons that run anywhere from 5-20 minutes. All clips must retain the same visual identity—snappy captions, tight pacing and on-brand motion graphics—so that viewers can move seamlessly between formats without noticing a change in tone.

You’ll work in CapCut Pro (or a fully compatible alternative) because my current template packs and saved presets live there. I’ll provide reference edits, brand fonts, colour codes and a folder structure to keep everything tidy. Footage will arrive in batches through Google Drive; finished exports come back in vertical 9:16 and standard 16:9, mastered for 1080p.

Deliverables
• Final short-form edits ready to publish, complete with burned-in captions and on-screen hooks
• Long-form master video with chapter markers and embedded call-outs
• Project files so I can tweak minor text updates later

Acceptance criteria
• Edits follow supplied style guide exactly (fonts, colours, animation speed)
• Audio levels balanced to –14 LUFS; no clipping
• Turnaround on each batch within 48 hours once assets are shared
