I already have the base site drawings for my property; now I need a clean, professional revision that shows a new wood or vinyl privacy fence with its matching gate wrapped around one defined area of the site (a small yard beside the main building). The updated sheet must stand on its own for permit or HOA review, so clarity and accuracy are critical.

You will overlay the proposed fence and gate on the existing plan, then add every note, dimension, and material call-out required to make the intent unambiguous. Please keep the graphic standards consistent with typical architectural/landscape sheets: line weights that read at 1:100 (or 1/8"=1'-0"), clear labels for fence height, post spacing, gate swing, and any hardware, plus a concise legend or key. I will provide the current drawing in both PDF and DWG; return the finished file in those same formats.

Acceptance will be based on:
• Accurate alignment of fence and gate to the specified yard limits
• All critical measurements and annotations present and legible
• Materials identified as “wood or vinyl privacy fence” with gate to match
• Scaled layout ready for printing without additional cleanup
