Printed Text to Excel

I have a stack of printed documents that need to be brought into an Excel spreadsheet exactly as they appear on paper—every word, every line break, and all basic punctuation intact. The task is strictly text-based; there are no formulas or calculations involved, only accurate transcription.

You will receive high-resolution scans plus a simple Excel template with the required column structure. All text must be entered into that file, maintaining the original order of the documents so I can cross-check quickly.

To help us both work smoothly:
• Complete data from each scanned page goes into a single row unless the layout clearly indicates otherwise.
• Use the template headings as provided; do not add or delete columns.
• Flag any illegible sections directly in the sheet so I can review the source scan.
• Deliver the finished Excel file back to me, and please keep a copy until I confirm everything is correct.

Accuracy is more important than speed, but I’d still like a reasonable turnaround—let me know how many pages you can comfortably finish per day when you reply.
