Print-to-Word Data Entry

I have a collection of printed documents that I need converted into editable Microsoft Word files. The job is straightforward but demands a sharp eye for detail:

• Type all text exactly as it appears in the prints, preserving paragraphs, headings, and basic formatting.
• Proof-read as you go to catch obvious typos or scanning errors.
• Deliver a separate Word file for each source document, clearly named so I can track them easily.

Accuracy is the priority—no OCR shortcuts for this task, please. If you have experience with fast, precise typing and can return clean, well-formatted Word documents, I’d like to work with you.
