Primary Care Flyer Creation

Hello! We are an LGBTQ+ behavioral health center launching a new primary-care service, to including STI/HIV testing and pharmacy services, and need an eye-catching handout flyer for my staff to introduce the offering. The design has to feel modern, clean and reassuring, while staying approachable enough for quick hallway conversations.

Content to include
• Services offered – preventive care, chronic-condition management, health screenings
• Doctor profile – photo, credentials and a brief “care philosophy” line
• Contact information – clinic address, phone, email, website

Scope and deliverables
• One polished flyer layout in US-letter, ready for both print (CMYK, 300 dpi) and digital circulation.
• Press-ready PDF plus the fully editable source file (InDesign or Illustrator preferred).
• All fonts and imagery embedded or supplied with clear usage rights.

Logo is attached. Draft turnaround of 2-3 with final art due 8/14. LGBTQ+ friendly with healthcare experience ideal. Additional collateral pieces will be needed following this job.
