Prevent Google Play Console Deactivation

Google has warned me that my Play Console account will be closed for inactivity. I did try to trigger some activity on the account, yet the closure notice remains. What matters most right now is pushing an update for the existing app so data, reports, and overall access stay intact.

I need someone who can:
• Analyse the current state of the Play Console account and the warning notice
• Prepare a minimal but compliant APK/AAB build (even a small version-code bump is fine) in Android Studio or a similar tool
• Guide me through signing it with my original keystore and uploading it for review
• Confirm the submission shows as “active” in the dashboard and that the account warning is lifted

Acceptance criteria:
1. An updated release is successfully published (or in “Pending publication”) in my Play Console.
2. The account status is no longer flagged for closure.
3. I receive a brief hand-off note explaining any future steps to avoid inactivity flags.
