Prescriptive Data Analysis Setup

I have a sizable dataset generated from ongoing data-entry operations and I need to move past simple reporting. I’m looking for someone who can take this raw information, run a full prescriptive analysis, and translate the findings into clear, actionable recommendations I can implement immediately.

Here’s what success looks like for me:
• The data is cleaned and structured so I can reuse the workflow later.
• You select and justify the analytical techniques or optimisation models best suited to the problem.
• I receive a concise report (slides or PDF) that spells out the recommended actions and the expected impact of each.
• All code, notebooks, or scripts are handed over and documented well enough for a non-expert to rerun.

Excel and word are fine—use whichever stack you’re fastest with, as long as the final deliverables meet the criteria above.
