Prepare PDF for KDP Upload

I have a finished manuscript saved as a single PDF that still needs a professional polish before it can pass Amazon KDP’s automated checks. The file mixes text and images, but several pages show inconsistent margins, uneven line-spacing, and pictures that drift off-center. I need those formatting errors cleaned up, the images properly aligned, and the whole document brought into a crisp, standard book layout that meets KDP trim-size, bleed, and embedding requirements.

You are free to work in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Affinity Publisher, or any comparable pre-press tool—as long as the final result uploads to KDP without flagging issues. Keep all fonts embedded, maintain image resolution at 300 dpi, and preserve the current page count unless a minor adjustment is indispensable for consistency.

Deliverables
• Press-ready, KDP-compliant PDF
• A brief summary of fixes applied (so I can learn what was changed)
• Optional: the updated source file, if you worked in InDesign or similar, for any future tweaks I may need

Once I receive the approved PDF I will upload it to KDP immediately and confirm that no validation errors appear.
